We are partnered with home service providers from a broad range of categories (television, internet, home security – to name just a few), and with a single phone call, new homebuyers or renters can speak to a friendly and knowledgeable concierge who will educate them on the best home services available, discuss pricing and service options, activate services, schedule installation times, suggest moving companies and other services, and help in every way possible to bring their new home to life. 
Our Culture
Kandela’s founding team has been working together for a long time. With passion and vision we launched a company in 2007 to provide vendor solutions to national mortgage servicers, and in 2011 our company was acquired by a top-10 private equity firm as a bolt-on acquisition for one of their portfolio companies. It was during these years – through assisting thousands of homeowners across the country with difficult decisions – that we developed our unique culture of “customer-obsession,” honed our high-touch, consultative approach to contact management, and cultivated our commitment to a transformative consumer experience powered by exceptional customer service.
Our Mission
With our history, it was only natural for our team to launch a national concierge service. Founded in 2012, Kandela’s mission is to transform the consumer experience for people moving into new homes. Kandela espouses a unique culture of customer-obsession that has become a part of our team’s DNA. Our concierge team does not operate in a typical call-center environment that applies an aggressive sales culture, nor is it a passive customer service, order-entry contact center. Rather, our service is more akin to the concierge experience one would find at a world-class hotel. Just as the concierge at a luxury hotel goes the extra mile to take care of all of their guests’ needs, Kandela applies an extremely high level of knowledge, consultation and service for our “guests” and a consumer experience that leaves them saying “Wow!”
